Software-Development
Since september 1999 I am working as software-developer using Borland Delphi as my favourite language. In addition, some projects have been developed with Java and, as appropriate, partly using Visual Basic (Script) and Python.
During the years I have worked for I2 AG, where I have been working on a system for document management, which could be coupled with several CAD-Systems. Further, I have been responsible for the architecture and development of a web-based prototype, which utilised Java Server Pages, Servlets and XML, using Apache Tomcat as it’s main technologies.
Following I did spend more than 3.5 years working for the TimoCom GmbH where I have been responsible for the relaunch of their successful software ‘Truck & Cargo’. Sadly and despite the high acceptance of the new version by the users of the beta it has never been released, as the focus turned to a web-based solution which is now devloped by my former colleague Günther Dillenberg.
August of 2004 I relocated to Austria, Vienna, where I did spend my time as software-engineer at AIM Software GmbH. AIM Software is the leading provider of software in the area of reference data and risk management which can by highly adapted to their customer’s needs.
